Welcome to my web page. I am a Young Professional at the World Bank in Washington DC, working on firm capabilities and innovation policies, in the Finance, Competitiveness and Innovation Global Practice.

Before starting at the World Bank, I was a Lecturer in Economics at The Queen’s College, University of Oxford and a doctoral student at the Department of Economics at the University of Oxford.

My research focuses on cultural differences in how incentives are used in the workplace, using experimental methods. I am also involved in a research project on firms and entrepreneurship in Ghana, where I focus on firm failure and survival. I am affiliated to the the Centre for the Study of African Economies (CSAE) at the University of Oxford.
